    You don’t have to divide it for decades - the bush only becomes more decorative. They divide only if you want to multiply, and only along the edge - the center is not touched.

    Slugs - can riddled leaves within a week. Measures: bark/chip mulch (prevents slugs from crawling on rough surfaces), beer traps, metaldehyde granules in spring.

    Giant (Sum and Substance, Empress Wu) - tapeworms on the lawn. Medium-sized (Halcyon, June) - the basis of the flower bed. Miniature (Mouse Ears) - for borders and containers.

    Green varieties will withstand a couple of hours of morning sun. Blue and yellow-variegated - only partial shade and shade, otherwise the foliage will fade to colorless.
