    Frequently asked questions(5)

Best to plant in spring (March-April) or fall (September-October). Spring planting is preferable as it gives more time for root establishment before winter.

Rose Nahema requires full sun — at least 6-8 hours of direct sunlight per day. In partial shade, it blooms poorly and may be prone to diseases.

During the growing season, water 1-2 times per week, in hot weather daily. Soil should be moist but not waterlogged. With frequent rain, reduce watering.

In spring use nitrogen fertilizers for shoot growth, in summer — complex rose fertilizers, in late summer — phosphorus-potassium for winter preparation. Feed every 2 weeks from May to September.

In October perform sanitary pruning, remove unripe shoots. After first frosts, cover with spruce branches, dry leaves, or non-woven material to 20-30 cm height. Uncover in April when temperature exceeds +5°C.
