    How to care

    Transfer

When 2-3 true leaves appear, transplant into individual containers

    Watering

Keep substrate consistently moist, avoid drying and overwatering

    💡Tips
    • Use loose nutrient-rich substrate (peat + perlite + vermiculite)
    • Provide temperature of 23-25°C and good lighting (12-14 hours per day)

    Frequently asked questions(5)

Sow seeds in late February to early March. At 23-25°C seeds germinate in 5-7 days. At 55-60 days of age (late April to early May) transplant seedlings into the ground.

Causes: insufficient light, sharp temperature fluctuations (above 30°C or below 15°C), excessive nitrogen fertilizer (causes overgrowth), high air humidity. Adjust conditions and feed with phosphorus and potassium.

Remove side shoots (suckers) completely below the first flower cluster and along the entire height, leaving only the main stem and clusters. Prune weekly. Leave 2-3 leaves above the upper cluster, then pinch the top.

From transplanting seedlings into the ground to beginning to harvest ripe fruits takes about 55-70 days depending on weather. First fruits are ready for harvest in mid-July with spring planting.

Cracking is caused by sharp fluctuations in soil moisture. Water regularly and evenly, especially after dry periods. Mulch the soil and remove lower leaves for better air circulation around fruits.
